Therapy is not about pushing you toward a decision, label, or timeline—it’s about supporting you in understanding yourself, honoring your experiences, and building a life that feels authentic and aligned.

  • Navigating the coming-out process (or choosing not to come out) with intention and self-compassion

  • Managing stress related to discrimination, microaggressions, or lack of support

I  affirm all sexual orientations and gender identities, as well as both monogamous and polyamorous relationships. We offer a compassionate and Holistic approach and treat anxiety, depression and trauma. Our treatment approaches include CBT, parts work, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, breathing exercises and relaxation.
