As a LCMHCS, I offer clinical supervision for LCMHC Associates in North Carolina, providing a supportive and ethical space to strengthen clinical skills, deepen self-awareness, and grow into confident, sustainable practice as a therapist.

I am an experienced Clinical Supervisor with a background in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health, intensive in-home services, and private practice. This diverse experience allows me to support clinicians across different roles, systems, and stages of professional development.

I offer individual and dyad clinical supervision for:

  • Recent graduates

  • School Counselors

  • LCMHCA’s seeking licensure supervision

  • Fully Licensed Therapists who are navigating difficult cases

Individual supervision provides a supportive space to strengthen clinical skills, build confidence, navigate ethical & legal considerations, and develop your professional identity as a therapist.

In addition, I provide clinical supervision and consultation for licensed clinicians and other practitioners seeking guidance, case support, or a collaborative space for continued growth.

I am deeply passionate about supporting therapists and believe that quality supervision is foundational to ethical, confident, and sustainable clinical practice. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience.
